Bonjour fashion lovers.
My fashion lovers know that among my great loves since I got into the fashion world is Yves Saint Laurent. A love that has deep and distant roots related to my mother and that reaches to the present day.
Last night I watched precisely with my mother (who will turn 85 in August) the Saint Laurent fashion show created by Anthony Vaccarello. First we enjoyed the arrival at the Saint Laurent fashion show of celebrities, commenting on their looks.
The most beloved celebrity? Undoubtedly our wonderful Monica Bellucci, the celebrity who intrigued the most? Rosé from BlackPink group, who immediately won my mother over because of the freshness and the color of the Saint Laurent dress she wore: a warm, autumnal coffee color.
Then the fashion show started and we were silently captured by the light fabrics, transparencies to the nude look so loved by Yves Saint Laurent (never ever vulgar), the headpieces, the knee-length skirts, the oversized volumes of the jackets, the feather coats (worn or carried casually in the hands of the diaphanous and androgynous models so loved by Saint Laurent and Anthony Vaccarello).
At the end of the fashion show we were as if in ecstasy and I went to bed last night with those images in my eyes that exuded elegance, luxury and voluptuousness.
