Balenciaga Spring 2024

Bonjour fashion lovers!

Today I was glued to my cell phone screen for more than five minutes. Why? I was captivated by the video presentation of Balenciaga’s spring 2024 collection.

We are in Paris, 10 Avenue George V, where Cristóbal Balenciaga founded his maison in 1937.
In the video directed by @maumorgo walkers of all ages take turns on the sidewalk intertwining with each other.

The camera always remains fixed on the Maison’s entrance and we see long black coats, skirts and pants, broad-shouldered jackets and down jackets, silver evening gowns...a mix that fascinates and enraptures.

All highlighted by the music of @bfrnd who reworked Édith Piaf’s “Sous le Ciel de Paris” which from the first notes struck me straight to the heart.

Ahhh the Parisian atmosphere. Every one of us would like to walk through that door!

PS: A westie is also seen passing by for a few moments in the video and it is one of the coolest moments.
