Bonjour fashion lovers,
It's Sunday afternoon and I'm in my home office. Outside, there's a cool, pleasant breeze that's perfectly in sync with my desire to write about the latest Cannes 2025 red carpet. In the coming days, I'll talk in detail about some looks that particularly captivated me, but for now, let's focus on my four favorites from the closing ceremony's red carpet. These were completely different dresses that made me say, "Yes, we're there."
The first look is the one worn by the statuesque Cate Blanchett: a black Louis Vuitton dress with an open back and a ruffled scarf, showing us what effortless, natural elegance truly means.

The second dress was worn by Jury President Juliette Binoche, who at 61 years old, gave the red carpet a relaxed vibe by wearing a Prada look consisting of a navy blue Re-Nylon full skirt with pockets, a cropped bomber jacket, and a white t-shirt with red details, all completed with Chopard jewelry. She can pull anything off.

And then we have her, the ultimate diva: Jane Fonda, 87 years old, in a very classic powder-colored Oscar de la Renta gown that fits her perfectly, enhanced with Pomellato jewelry.

The last look I loved (and not least) was worn by jury member Alba Rohrwacher, who opted for an austere yet sensual Dior Haute Couture gown. It featured a pink balloon skirt, a bustier that subtly revealed a shoulder, and Chopard jewelry.

Four different ways to be glamorous on the year's most chic red carpet.
