My Christmas wish: Saint Laurent Icare bag

Bonjour fashion lovers.

Let's continue with my Christmas wish list.

After Givenchy it is the turn of another wonderful French Maison, Saint Laurent, which under the artistic direction of Anthony Vaccarello has reached unprecedented heights of glamour and elegant luxury. 

Every fashion show, every campaign, every red carpet becomes a real feast for my eyes. 

In 2022, Vaccarello created an oversized quilted lambskin bag with the metallic 3-letter YSL logo on the front, with an elegant squid-like closure. The bag called Icare is inspired by the mythological character Icarus who launched himself into the air with wings made of wax (a symbol of freedom and ambition). 

Within a very short time, the Icare bag has become a must-have, a real IT-Bag, worn by fashionistas, celebrities and becoming, with its luxurious and contemporary line, a real object of desire.
